Package Options

***We require all outdoor set-ups to be under a covered area. We offer 12' x 12' tent rentals for an additional fee. Due to the risk of damage to our soft play equipment, we do NOT set-up outdoors if there is a chance of rain, wind speeds higher than 15mph, or if your designated area is wet. We can not setup on gravel, sand, muddy or uneven areas.  Items may vary per package. Sales tax not included in prices. Delivery fees may apply. Prices are subject to change.

Our Soft Play Packages come with your choice of up to 4 hoppers or rockers. Pick your favorites, or simply let us know your party theme and we’ll handpick the perfect ones to match your event. Additional hoppers or rockers can be added for an extra fee.

Booking & Policies

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two days before delivery.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Once delivered, all money paid is non-refundable.

  • We do not set up Soft Play outdoors if there is a chance of rain or winds exceeding 15mph. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any money paid.

FAQ

Q: How long are your rentals for?

A: Our rentals are for as long as you need them! For outdoor Soft Play set-ups we like to pick-up before dark. 

Q: What happens if I have to cancel due to poor weather conditions for my outdoor rental?

A: Safety is our top priority. If your Soft Play rental must be canceled due to unsafe weather or rain, we offer a few options to accommodate you:

          1. Reschedule your event – We’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you.

          2. Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you will receive a full refund.

Please note: Deposits for Activity Table rentals are non-refundable once items have been purchased.

Q: Do your prices include set-up? / Do you set up everything for us?

A: Yes! All our rentals include delivery, set-up, take-down, and pick-up. For locations outside our free delivery zone, additional fees may apply.

Q: Are adults allowed in the Soft Play area with their little ones?

A: Absolutely! We just ask that adults remove their shoes and any sharp objects before entering the play area.

Q: Do you provide extension cords or hoses for inflatables?

A: Yes! We provide all necessary extension cords for dry inflatables — please ensure there’s a working outlet within 100′. For water inflatables, we provide a 100′ hose — please make sure there’s access to water nearby.

Q: Do you accept payments?

A: Yes! We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

          1. Afterpay: Pay through Afterpay in installments. A 6% non-refundable service fee applies.

          2. Direct Payments: Pay your balance in flexible payments with no added fees! Simply contact us whenever you’d like to make a payment toward your balance, and we’ll send you an updated invoice through Square. The balance must be paid in full two days before delivery.
