A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two days before delivery.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is non-refundable.

Once delivered, all money paid is non-refundable.

We do not set up Soft Play outdoors if there is a chance of rain or winds exceeding 15mph. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any money paid.
