Step 1:  Contact Us

To begin your booking, reach out to us in the way that’s most convenient for you! You can contact us by:

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll collaborate with you to recommend the perfect rental option for your event, whether it’s inflatable rentals, soft play packages, activity tables, or a combination of all three.

Step 2:  Personalized Planning (Soft Play & Activity Tables)

Soft Play Rentals: We go the extra mile to make sure everything fits your party’s theme. We’ll create a custom mock-up based on your desired colors and style. After collaborating with you on the design, we’ll finalize the mock-up for your approval, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Activity Table Rentals: We customize the table décor and supplies to match your party theme and colors. We’ll confirm the details with you before finalizing everything to ensure your setup is just right for your event.

Step 3:  Securing Your Booking

Once we've created the perfect rental package, we'll send you an invoice via Square to secure your booking. Our deposit requirements are:

  • Inflatables & Soft Play Rentals: $50 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two days before delivery.

  • Activity Table Party Rentals: $50 non-refundable deposit per table to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two days before delivery.

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit or debit card

  • CashApp

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • Cash

  • Afterpay: Pay in installments through Afterpay. A 6% non-refundable service fee applies.

  • Pay your balance in flexible payments with no added fees! Simply contact us whenever you’d like to make a payment toward your balance, and we’ll send you an updated invoice through Square. The balance must be paid in full two days before delivery.

Policies

At Coastal Soft Play Co, we strive to be as accommodating as possible for all our customers. Below are our policies for various circumstances that may arise and affect your rental experience. We aim to provide clarity and transparency so you can have peace of mind when booking with us.

Rain Policy

(Soft Play & Activity Tables)

We do NOT set up Soft Play outdoors if there is a chance of rain. Wet conditions can create unsafe play areas and also pose a risk of damage to our equipment.

We do NOT set up Activity Table Party Rentals outdoors if there is a chance of rain, as water can ruin the supplies and

décor.

For everyone’s safety, we recommend having an indoor or covered space as a backup plan in case of rain. If we are unable to reschedule your Soft Play rental or move it to an alternative indoor location, we will refund any money paid. Deposits for Activity Table Rentals are non-refundable due to the upfront costs of supplies.

Wind Policy

We do NOT set up outdoors if wind speeds exceed 15 mph for inflatables and Soft Play equipment. The safety of your little ones and guests is our top priority.

For Activity Table Rentals, we do NOT set up outdoors if wind speeds exceed 10 mph due to the risk of canvases being blown over.

If we are unable to reschedule your rental or move it to an alternative indoor location, we will refund any money paid. Deposits for Activity Table Rentals are non-refundable due to the upfront costs of supplies.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be non-refundable. Once units have been delivered, all money paid is non-refundable.

Activity Table Rentals: The deposit is non-refundable at any time due to the upfront costs of supplies. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, any additional money paid will be refunded. Once we have delivered and set up your rental, all money paid is non-refundable.

Water Policy

We do NOT allow the use of well water on our inflatables, as it can permanently stain the material.

Afterpay Policy

A 6% NON-REFUNDABLE Service Fee will be applied to all Afterpay invoices. This fee is charged by Afterpay for processing the payment and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or refund.

FAQ

Q: How long are your rentals for?

A: Our rentals are for as long as you need them! For outdoor Soft Play set-ups we like to pick-up before dark. 

Q: What happens if I have to cancel due to poor weather conditions for my outdoor rental?

A: Safety is our top priority. If your Soft Play rental must be canceled due to unsafe weather or rain, we offer a few options to accommodate you:

          1. Reschedule your event – We’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you.

          2. Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you will receive a full refund.

Please note: Deposits for Activity Table rentals are non-refundable once items have been purchased.

Q: Do your prices include set-up? / Do you set up everything for us?

A: Yes! All our rentals include delivery, set-up, take-down, and pick-up. For locations outside our free delivery zone, additional fees may apply.

Q: Are adults allowed in the Soft Play area with their little ones?

A: Absolutely! We just ask that adults remove their shoes and any sharp objects before entering the play area.

Q: Do you provide extension cords or hoses for inflatables?

A: Yes! We provide all necessary extension cords for dry inflatables — please ensure there’s a working outlet within 100′. For water inflatables, we provide a 100′ hose — please make sure there’s access to water nearby.

Q: Do you accept payments?

A: Yes! We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

          1. Afterpay: Pay through Afterpay in installments. A 6% non-refundable service fee applies.

          2. Direct Payments: Pay your balance in flexible payments with no added fees! Simply contact us whenever you’d like to make a payment toward your balance, and we’ll send you an updated invoice through Square. The balance must be paid in full two days before delivery.
