Each table is beautifully styled with themed décor and includes all the supplies needed for a fun, hands-on experience. From paint parties to LEGO builds, we can bring any idea to life. Share your vision with us, and we’ll handle the rest. Ideal for ages 4 to 10 and perfect for birthdays, baby showers, holiday celebrations, family gatherings, and more!
What's Included
Kids’ Tables and Chairs

Comfortable seating for up to 6 kids per table. If you prefer to use your own, let us know when booking, and we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly.
Themed Table Décor

Every table is thoughtfully styled to match your party’s theme or color palette. This includes table coverings (disposable or reusable, depending on the setup) and coordinating decorations.
Activity Supplies

We provide all the materials needed for your chosen activity.
Party Favors
-
Don’t worry about party favors—we’ve got you covered! Each child will take home a special creation from the activity, whether it’s a decorated apron, a painted canvas, or their very own LEGO masterpiece. It’s a meaningful keepsake that makes your celebration even more memorable.
Setup & Cleanup

We take care of the setup and cleanup for all tables, décor, and coloring supplies provided. (Cleanup applies only to the items we supply; general venue cleanup is not included.)

Pricing
Our Activity Table Rentals have a minimum package price of $225. This includes seating and supplies for up to 6 children. Planning for a bigger party? We’ll design a personalized package to fit your group size, vision, and budget. Contact us today to book your big fun for your little one!

Booking & Policies

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two days before delivery.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is non-refundable.

Once delivered, all money paid is non-refundable.

We do not set up Activity Tables outdoors if there is a chance of rain or winds exceeding 15mph. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any money paid.
FAQ
Q: How long are your rentals for?
A: Our rentals are for as long as you need them! For outdoor Soft Play set-ups we like to pick-up before dark.
Q: What happens if I have to cancel due to poor weather conditions for my outdoor rental?
A: Safety is our top priority. If your Soft Play rental must be canceled due to unsafe weather or rain, we offer a few options to accommodate you:
1. Reschedule your event – We’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you.
2. Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: Deposits for Activity Table rentals are non-refundable once items have been purchased.
Q: Do your prices include set-up? / Do you set up everything for us?
A: Yes! All our rentals include delivery, set-up, take-down, and pick-up. For locations outside our free delivery zone, additional fees may apply.
Q: Are adults allowed in the Soft Play area with their little ones?
A: Absolutely! We just ask that adults remove their shoes and any sharp objects before entering the play area.
Q: Do you provide extension cords or hoses for inflatables?
A: Yes! We provide all necessary extension cords for dry inflatables — please ensure there’s a working outlet within 100′. For water inflatables, we provide a 100′ hose — please make sure there’s access to water nearby.
Q: Do you accept payments?
A: Yes! We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
1. Afterpay: Pay through Afterpay in installments. A 6% non-refundable service fee applies.
2. Direct Payments: Pay your balance in flexible payments with no added fees! Simply contact us whenever you’d like to make a payment toward your balance, and we’ll send you an updated invoice through Square. The balance must be paid in full two days before delivery.
