Looking for a fun and creative activity to add to your little one's celebration? Our Custom Paint Party Rentals are the perfect solution! We provide everything you need for an artistic experience, from themed table décor to painting supplies, all set up and ready for your guests to enjoy. Ideal for ages 4-10 years.
What's Included
Kids’ Tables and Chairs

Comfortable seating for up to 6 kids per table. If you prefer to use your own, let us know when booking, and we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly
Themed Table Décor

Custom-designed décor to match your party’s colors and theme, including disposable tablecloths.
Paint Supplies

All the essentials: paint, brushes, and water cups for rinsing brushes.
Custom Canvases

Each child receives one 6"x8" canvas with a premade design based on their party theme.

Additional canvases can be provided for $6 per child.
Party Favor Paint Easel

A mini easel for each child to display their masterpiece! A fun keepsake to take home and use again.
Party Favor Paint Aprons

Each child gets their own apron to wear during the party and take home as a keepsake!

Personalization with names is available for an additional $4 per apron.
Setup & Cleanup

We handle the setup and cleanup of all tables, décor, and painting supplies provided. (Cleanup applies only to the items we supply; general venue cleanup is not included.)

Paint Party Pricing

Base Price: $30 per child (6-child minimum)

Parties with 10 or More Kids: $25 per child
Add-Ons & Upgrades

Additional Canvases: $6 per canvas (Each child receives one canvas as part of the rental. Fee is not eligible for discounts.)

Canvas Size Upgrades: Available upon request (Contact us for pricing details.)

Party Favor Paint Apron Customization: $4 per apron (Customization fee is not eligible for discounts.)

Booking & Policies

A $50 non-refundable deposit per table is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two days before delivery.

If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, any additional money paid (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.

Once delivered and set up, all money paid is non-refundable.

We do not set up Activity Table Rentals outdoors if there is a chance of rain, or wind speeds exceeding 10mph.
