Rental Policies

At Coastal Soft Play Co, safety is our top priority. Please review the policies below regarding outdoor setups, weather conditions, payments, cancellations, and equipment requirements before booking your rental.

Weather & Outdoor Setup Policies

  • ​Outdoor setups cannot be completed if rain is forecasted during your event window or if weather conditions are unsafe.

  • Outdoor setups cannot be completed if wind speeds exceed 15 mph.

  • Setup areas must be clean, level, and free of mud, gravel, sand, pet waste, or excessive debris.​

Soft Play Outdoor Requirements

  • All outdoor soft play setups must be under a covered area.

  • Pop-up tent rentals may be available for an additional fee.

  • Soft play cannot be set up on wet surfaces.

Inflatable Requirements

  • Electrical outlet required within 100 ft.

  • Water hose hookup required within 100 ft. for wet rentals.

  • Well water cannot be used on inflatables, as it may damage or stain the unit.

Payments & Deposits

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure inflatable and soft play rentals.

  • Activity table rentals require a $50 non-refundable deposit per table.

  • Remaining balances are due two days before delivery.

  • Afterpay invoices include a 6% non-refundable service fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • If severe weather or unsafe setup conditions prevent your rental from being completed, we will first work with you to explore rescheduling options or alternative indoor setup locations whenever possible.

  • If rescheduling or an alternative setup location cannot be accommodated, all payments made toward your rental will be fully refunded.

  • Once equipment has been delivered and setup is complete, all payments, deposits, and delivery fees become non-refundable.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

  • Prices are subject to change.
