Baby Shower Activity Table Rentals

Add a fun and creative touch to your baby shower with our Baby Shower Activity Table Rental! This activity is designed to entertain little ones while creating special keepsakes. Each child will color a white onesie with non-toxic fabric markers, which will be a thoughtful gift for the baby being celebrated. They’ll also receive a white apron to color and take home as a party favor. The table will be decorated to match your theme and colors, making it the perfect addition to your celebration. We handle all the setup, supplies, and cleanup so you can focus on enjoying the day!

What's Included

Kids’ Tables and Chairs

  • Comfortable seating for up to 6 kids per table. If you prefer to use your own, let us know when booking, and we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly

Themed Table Décor

  • Custom-designed décor to match your party’s colors and theme, including disposable tablecloths.

Coloring Supplies

  • Non-toxic fabric markers

Custom Onsies

  • Each child receives 1 white onesie with a premade design based on your party theme for them to color in.

  • Additional onsies can be provided for $6 per child. 

Party Favor Aprons

  • Each child gets their own apron to wear and color during the party, and can take it home as a keepsake!

  • Personalization with names is available for an additional $4 per apron 

Setup & Cleanup

  • We take care of the setup and cleanup for all tables, décor, and coloring supplies provided. (Cleanup applies only to the items we supply; general venue cleanup is not included.)

Pricing

Baby Shower Activity Table Pricing

  • Base Price: $25 per child (6-child minimum)

  • Parties with 10 or More Kids: $20 per child

Add-Ons & Upgrades

  • Additional Onsies: $6 per onsie (Each child receives one onsie as part of the rental. Fee is not eligible for discounts.)

  • Party Favor Apron Customization: $4 per apron (Customization fee is not eligible for discounts.)

Fees may apply for special requests or customizations. Please contact us for more details.

Booking & Policies

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit per table is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two days before delivery.

  • If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, any additional money paid (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.

  • Once delivered and set up, all money paid is non-refundable.

  • We do not set up Activity Table Rentals outdoors if there is a chance of rain, or wind speeds exceeding 10mph.
